The 5th Element Complex

You really only want one kettlebell for the 5th Element Complex. Try it out!


Workout Instructions:

  • Perform all exercises with one arm back-to-back without setting the kettlebell down.
  • Rest.
  • Switch arms.
  • Rest.
  • Perform the entire sequence again but this time do both arms back-to-back.

Sample Training:

  • Left side: OASW x 1, High- Pull 1 x, Snatch x 1, Reverse TGU x 1, One-Arm Front Squat x 3. Rest.
  • Right side: OASW x 1, High- Pull 1 x, Snatch x 1, Reverse TGU x 1, One-Arm Front Squat x 3. Rest.
  • Both sides back-to back: OASW x 1, High- Pull 1 x, Snatch x 1, Reverse TGU x 1, One-Arm Front Squat x 3. Rest.

Repeat this cycle but change the reps to 2, then 3. You may add a Turkish Get-Up x 1 between each round.
